A testimonial is more useful when it relates to the decision the visitor is making. Placing a general compliment next to every offer can add visual clutter without explaining why the service fits the customer’s need.

Use authentic, authorized material and preserve its meaning. Place it near the relevant explanation, with enough context to avoid implying a result that applies to every customer. Keep the service description and important conditions readable rather than letting the quotation replace them.

Ask what uncertainty the page should resolve: reliability, communication or how the process works. Then choose evidence that actually speaks to that question. If suitable material is unavailable, a clear explanation is better than an invented endorsement. The goal is to support an informed choice. Credibility comes from relevant, accurate evidence and a business that delivers what the surrounding page promises.
