Write a short preparation list for each common service. Include only what is necessary and explain how the customer can ask a question or change the booking. For a mobile visit, confirm the address and a practical way to reach the customer on arrival without broadcasting private details to the whole team.
Ask staff to record preventable delays for a week. If appointments repeatedly start late because an item is missing, revise the confirmation rather than blaming each customer for not knowing the process. Check that the same instructions appear wherever bookings are accepted. A phone booking should not receive less useful preparation than an online booking. The goal is a smoother first few minutes, with less time spent gathering information that could have been requested clearly beforehand.
