Choose one recurring issue with a clear owner and an observable result. Define the change, the people affected and the date the team will check it. If the problem is unclear, make the first task gathering the missing evidence rather than installing another tool.
Keep the review close to the work. A clearer pickup message, a dependable shift handoff or a corrected product description may matter more than a large project with no immediate owner. At the next meeting, ask whether the change happened and whether it helped. Finishing one useful improvement creates a better operating habit than repeatedly discussing ten issues without changing what staff or customers experience.
