Group recurring problems. Some may come from incomplete source material, others from vague instructions or a task that requires more reliable controls. Assign a response and retest the relevant examples after making a change. Keep private customer information out of a broadly shared log.
I remain optimistic about AI because businesses can learn to use it with discipline. The question is not whether an early trial makes a mistake; it is whether the team can recognize, contain and reduce the mistakes that matter. Review time belongs in the performance measure. An improving workflow should make the employee’s job more dependable, not simply produce more output to inspect.
