Examine late fulfillment, substitutions, returns and unusually demanding orders. Ask whether the promotion explained the scope accurately and whether staff had the capacity to deliver it. Separate a correctable process problem from an offer that creates the wrong expectation.
Then decide what to change: quantity limits, preparation time, product combinations or the explanation at checkout. Keep the customer-facing message consistent across channels. Expansion should follow a practical review of what the team can repeat, not simply a strong initial sales count. A smaller offer delivered reliably can build a more useful customer relationship than a larger one that repeatedly requires apologies and unplanned work.
